The PlayStation Store – Now on your PC

PC PS Store

After years of being accessible only on consoles, the PlayStation Store is finally making the transition to your internet browser.

The browser-based version of the PlayStation Store offers you all the same content that is available on the PlayStation 3 and Vita. Buying content and browsing the store is simpler with a mouse and keyboard.

Sadly, the web based store does not have the ability to automatically add the download directly on your console like the Xbox Live store does. Instead, purchases are added to the top of the purchase history and have to be manually downloaded.

The store is currently being rolled out in a few regions and is still currently unavailable for both the United-States and Canada. We’ll be keeping an eye out for its availability in North America.
