With Metro: Last light launching in less than a month, Koch Media have announced a preorder bonus of the graphic novel variety.
The graphic novel sees Metro 2033 novel author Dmitry Glukhovsky partnered with Dark Horse comics to create a storyline that fills in the gap between both games.
Following directly after Metro 2033’s regular/bad ending, “The Gospel According to Artyom” delves deeper into Artyom’s psyche and will reveal never before seen information about the world of Metro. Glukhovsky explained:
“The Gospel According to Artyom’ is in fact the last chapter of Metro 2033 and the first chapter of Metro: Last Light, linking both stories together and giving an unexpected insight on what really happened in the beginning of it all. Reading it will change your understanding of my saga.”
“The Gospel According to Artyom” will be available exclusively as a Steam pre-order bonus, along with a small number of retailers when it releases in North America on May 14 and everywhere else on May 17.
