Steam Halloween sale starts, sends chills through wallet

Steam Halloween

Are you ravenous for some scary games to play this Halloweekend? Are the price tags at your local gaming retail a bit too scary? Well boy, does the Steam Halloween sale have some deadly deals for you.

From now to Nov. 1—that’s Dia de los Muertos by the way—you can find some great discounts on Valve’s digital distribution service.

Some major winners on sale for the next week include some of our Pixel-Fright-Us champions, including: Amensia: The Dark Descent, Resident Evil 5, Silent Hill: Homecoming, I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream, Bioshock and Outlast.

Other titles to look out for are: Alone in the Dark, Limbo, The Secret World, Deadly Premonition, Alice: Mandess Returns, Slender: The Arrival, the Alan Wake series and Penumbra: Collector’s Pack.

Besides those gems, there’s plenty of other horror titles on discount to look out for.

They’re coming for your wallet, Barbara.
