After reading some forum posts about ads popping up in the loading screens of Deus Ex: Human Revolution for the PC, I had to check it out myself, because it seemed a little too ridiculous.
Sure enough, when I booted the game up I saw it. Lucas ex machina. On certain loading screens you’ll get a tiny little picture in the bottom right displaying an ad for the upcoming Star Wars Blu-ray release, which is out tomorrow.
One might see it as a small, harmless ad which doesn’t even show up on every loading screen. One might be offended by its inclusion due to breaking the immersion of the game, however I’m personally offended that they’re trying to offer me a Blu-ray release of Star Wars that needlessly butchers my childhood.
Can anybody confirm if this is seen in the 360 and PS3 versions of the game?

I hope they will realize how much of a mistake this is. If not, I will not be throwing my money towards any future games or DLC put out by them. Which is very sad, because this was actually a pretty good game.
