Dune 2 RTS now a free HTML5 browser game

Well, it seems as though the holidays just keep on bringing more awesomeness. The classic real-time strategy title Dune 2 is now available for free in your browser of choice.

Dune 2 came out of Westwood Studios in 1992 and it was one of the first games to have all the tell-tale features of modern real-time strategy titles. This game was the twinkle in the milkman’s eye that fathered Command & Conquer and Starcraft and all the rest. I’ve tried my hands at the open-source port at the link below, and let me tell you something. There aren’t enough hours in the day. I say that a lot, but I mean it just as much here. The 16-bit goodness is free and therefore I am pleased as punch.

So honestly, why are you still here?
