Demon’s Souls invades the PlayStation Network

Miss out on 2009’s critically acclaimed and surprise hit Demon’s Souls? It’s near impossible to find a physical copy these days with the game’s limited run and arguably better sequel, Dark Souls, being readily available, but Sony has you covered. Starting January 8, Demon’s Souls will be available on PSN for the agreeable price of $19.99.

With all this talk about Dark Souls II lately, there’s no better time to check out the original masochistic role-playing title which spawned an entire series. Furthermore, Atlus plans on another “Pure White Tendency” week during Demon’s Souls PSN launch from January 8 – 14, and that means the game will be somewhat easier for those picking it up for the first time. However, by no means does that mean the game will be easy. Demon’s Souls is a special kind of difficult.

Trust me though, the pain is worth it.
